In order to have you informed about every current state of your project, we have implemented a weekly documentation of your projects progress.

Our project engineers are in constant contact with our customers. They inform about the current state and progress of each mold project.

Your questions are being answered just-in-time. Requests for alteration during the particular steps of conduct are being taken up, analyzed and evaluated of their specific feasibility and consequently executed.

Step 1: Your inquiry

Step 2: Calculation/Bid proposal management

Initially, all the customers’ requirements and relevant factors are being considered and verified as part of a comprehensive analysis. Based on the result of this analysis, we prepare an according offer – upon request, we also prepare a mold-flow-analysis.

Generally, we submit your offer within 3 days after receipt of your inquiry.

Step 3: Commissioning & Technical analysis

In case of order assignment, our technical analysis serves as a basis for technical clarification, as well as the substructure of the subsequent mold design.

We value your time – therefore we already prepare our technical analysis already in the early stages of evaluation of your initial requests.

Step 4: Mold Design Presentation

With the approval of the presented design concept, the actual process of mold manufacturing can start. Here, too, transparency and integration of our customers is important for every step of the process.

Weekly progress documentations are constantly updated and sent to you, thus informing you about the current state of your project at any time.

Step 5: Manufacturing -> T1 (First trial)

Once the manufacturing of the mold is finalized, it is followed by the first sampling of your parts on our injection molding machines. Generally, the according first sample parts are being sent to your facility within 2 days via Express Service.

Step 6: Delivery

Even small series or series production is included in our portfolio. Due to closest networking with global carriers, we deliver your mold via sea-, air-, or even rail freight –including all relevant documentation.

Step 7: Completion

Of course, we are still at your service, even after the delivery of your mold. Mold alterations and/or corrections can be executed in Germany. For this purpose, we maintain close partnerships with several companies so that we can always offer a facility near your location.
